One of the sweetest, most humbling moments of parenthood is when God reveals our awesome responsibility of raising this beautiful child. We are both awestruck and full of gratitude (and maybe a little concerned of how we will ever do this well) and we on bended knee present our children back to the Lord. We make vows to raise this little one "in the nurture and admonition of the Lord" in the community of believers. Elizabeth is the perfect name for this ribbon as it means "pledged to God."

Whether you call it Child Dedication, Baptism, or Christening, it's a deeply meaningful day. That's undeniable. I created this ribbon with the family in mind. I wanted to give the family a way to celebrate and chronicle all the God-moments throughout the child's life before they are able to do so for themselves. And then one day, I picture the parents gifting it to the child after he or she chooses to follow Jesus! I can think of few things more meaningful as someone who's been there from the start sharing stories of God's faithfulness to you, you your own God-story, from the very beginning!

Each ribbon comes with an initial set of 12 gold pins and 12 papers. Additional sets of pins and papers are available separately.

This is how to use a Ribbon Journal:

Hang it somewhere you'll see it often - maybe on a drawer pull or in your prayer closet. Let it bring beauty to your life!

Write out specific, defining moments on the provided cards and pin your notes along the center ribbons.

Remember how God's showed up in your life and feed your hope for the future! Share these stories of victory and hope with those around you.
